Canadian Singer~Songwriter

Canadian singer-songwriter Elizabeth Hodgins emerged on the folk music scene in September 2021 with her debut album Cabin Fever. Elizabeth’s voice has a spellbinding quality, reminiscent of classic country and steeped in nostalgia. Her songs take you on a visual journey using allegory and wit to weave a timeless, poetic tale.

Born and raised on a farm in rural southeastern Ontario, Elizabeth spent her formative years observing the changes of the seasons and witnessing the cyclical passage of time. Drawing inspiration from the shifts in nature, the impermanent moments of life and the ever changing strings of the heart, she induces a warm familiarity and sentimentality. In her early 20’s Elizabeth answered a call to the west – where the pacific ocean meets the mountains – a wild and magical place that she now knows as home.

Elizabeth is currently working on her second studio album.

“You and I were never built to roam.
One eye on the back door, slipping off the back porch, turn on the vacancy sign.”
